Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Naturanari, we strive to provide the best quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and refund policy as outlined below.

 

1. Returns Eligibility

 

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products purchased during sale/offer (unless expired or wrong)

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product expired at the time of delivery
  • Damaged product received (physical damage, tampered packaging)
  • Incomplete order (missing products)

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video proof.

 

2. Refund Policy

 

Once your claim is verified:

  • Refund will be processed within 10-12 working days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be transferred to your bank account

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

 

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible
